Collaborate to Write a Musical
Ever dreamed of writing a musical, but you don't know where to begin or how
to get connected to producers and the musical theatre community?
It's a double-duty assignment of both writing the story and developing the music... but there is help -- teaming up with matching collaborators.
The
musical theatre writers' workshop beginning September 11 & 12, 2010 at The Academy
for New Musical Theatre offers a nine-month course which meets for one
weekend a month in North Hollywood, pairing you with new collaborators each
month, guiding you to master comedy songs, duets, ballads, musical scenes
and plot, story, character, theme, etc.

for New Musical Theatre at 818.506.8500 or email (mailto:academy@anmt.org) or see http://www.anmt.org.
